So after doing all the rough blocking out and the concepting, I began modeling all my final low poly assets into my environment and putting them into UE4.
Nothing is UV'd at the moment but I'm going to be working on that in conjunction with the slight sculpting that I'm going to be doing. I'm not going to take a long time doing the sculpting phase considering the fact that it's just going to be used as a rough base.
